📦 Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During sales, promotions, or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

🚚 Delivery Time

Delivery within Pakistan generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

📍 Delivery Areas

We deliver orders across Pakistan, including major cities and most remote areas covered by our courier partners.

💵 Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. For COD orders, you may be contacted by our team or courier service to confirm your order before dispatch.

📞 Order Confirmation

To ensure successful delivery, please provide your correct name, complete delivery address, and active phone number when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the courier service. You can use the tracking details to check the status of your shipment.

⚠️ Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, courier issues, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.
